Designed for economical and efficient machining of aluminum, PVC and thin-walled steel profiles, the Elumatec SBZ 122/64 is a machining center that can process 3 sides of a profile without moving the work piece. This is the perfect machine for automatic door manufacturing with a single or multiple locks or other industrial applications. With the extended bed length, the machine has the capability of machining one long part or machining a part that's up to 1/2 the bed length allowing for loading / unloading a part on the other side of the bed.
All operations, such as routing, drilling and tapping, are performed while the profile bar is stationary to protect the profile surfaces
