425-4 NC control
The 425-4 automatic free standing control is used for production rolling. It is a modified 423-3-LP2 control with     the addition of an Allen Bradley PLC. The machine completes all forming functions automatically in one pass i.e. far roll up, insert material to square, tap foot pedal, pinch roll pinches, reverse rolls to center. Far roll down, near roll up, rolls forward for pre-bend. Rolls stop, near roll down, far roll up. Rolls forward to complete part, all rolls down, drop end opens, remove part. This control can also be used with presets in a semi-automatic function. All controls are housed in a heavy duty Nema 4-4x enclosure with stainless steel guard rail and joystick controls
