The TOP BENDER performs the bending of pipe, tubing and profiles without employing an internal mandrel. Minimum bending radius is 2 times diameter.

The operator can program the bending angle from 0 to 180� and the machine will electronically control the compensation for the springback of the material.

The operator has the choice of variable bending speed or automatically controlled bending speeds.

The microprocessor supervised system grants maximum ease and accuracy in programming and use. Bending angle and springback angle are programmable with memory storage for up to 10 programs of 9 bends each.

The machine can perform a bend of 90� in an average time of 5 seconds (2 1/2? tube with .160 wall). 1.5? tube with 16 gauge wall will bend 90� in 2.5 seconds.
