DUAL ANTI-VIBRATION DEVICES, #1 internal to barfeed & #2 is attached to sliding headstock, both are pneumatically operated 'roller wheel' type and work in conjunction with telescoping nose between barfeed & sliding headstock to minimize bar 'whip' which ensures machined component accuracy.
MITSUBISHI ELECTRICAL CONTROLS & COMPONENTS including powerful PLC w/data bank software permit accurate control for position, speed and torque. Multi-language control system, highly accurate servo positioning system.
LED LIGHTS along the front (+ back) outside length of sheet metal coverings, display operation status, remaining bar length & bar loading/operational functions.
SELF ADJUSSTING PNEUMATIC GRIPPER means there is no need to adjust for bar size when clamping.
HAND HELD REMOTE controller provides flexibility and mobility for test and parameter adjustment.
INTERFACING is convenient with all CNC Swiss type lathes via 24 pin connector.
