DESCRIPTION

The Ocean Liberator is an economical 5-axis CNC fully-articulated robotic oxy-fuel cutting machine that will enable you to make any type of cut on beams, channels, angles, plates and rectangular tubes.  The machine utilizes a closed-loop control system, meaning the position is constantly monitored by the control.  The pattern of the cut may be selected from standard, “canned” routines or may be specially designed.  The tilting torch can make bevel cuts in both flanges and webs.  Most importantly, the software in very user-friendly and is easily integrated into any structural steel shop.

OXY-FUEL TORCH

·       Single fully-articulating oxy-fuel torch capable of cutting top and bottom flanges and the web of any beam or column up to 44" high and 22" wide

·       8“ torch tip with ½” OD allows copes in the web very close to the flange

·       Gas type: acetylene, natural gas, propane, propylene, or MAPP gas

CUTTING CAPABILITIES

·       Longitudinal movement of 44" on X-axis, or length of material

·       Vertical movement of 22" on Y-axis, or width of material

·       Latitudinal movement of 44" on Z-axis, or height of material
